What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged

Upon receiving your product, please carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage. Be sure to note any issues, including damage to the box, on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@TheDJWave.com. We will respond promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
