Returns
At The DJ Wave, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
Returns Available In: United States only
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Defective Products
If your product arrives defective, return shipping is free. You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Customer Remorse Returns
If you’re returning a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Simply email us at support@TheDJWave.com to initiate the process.
Shipping
All returned products must include their original packaging, along with any parts and components. For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.
You are responsible for covering your return shipping costs for items you’re sending back. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. However, if the item was damaged on arrival, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
