Order Processing Time

At The DJ Wave, orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6 p.m. will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Information

Your order will typically arrive within 5 to 9 days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 will apply. Currently, we only ship within the United States. Most deliveries are handled by third-party freight carriers, so if your order requires freight shipping, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery. Please make sure the phone number you provide at checkout is accurate for scheduling purposes.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your order is in our system and that your credit card has been authorized. Your card will only be charged once your item has shipped. For backordered products, we may place a temporary hold on your card to secure your order. Order processing begins immediately after we receive it!

When Will My Order Arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 days when using our free shipping option. If you have questions about specific availability or delivery times, feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Shipping Times

  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 Days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4 - 7 Days (Monday-Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5 - 9 Days (Monday-Friday)

Orders shipped via freight carriers will require curbside delivery scheduling. We’ll reach out to arrange a time. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming receipt and that your payment has been authorized. Your card will only be charged once your item ships, unless it’s a backordered product, in which case we may reserve the item for you.
